Matchbook Distilling Daytrip Strawberry Amaro

Our pals at Matchbook Distilling have done it again! It starts with two tons of rescued surplus strawberries fermented into wine. Next, distillation into eau-de-vie, and blending with botanicals like nettle, jasmine, quassia, and nutmeg. Light, floral, and gently bitter, it’s perfect over ice, with soda, or in a spritz. A nostalgic ode to late summer afternoons...fading sun, soft breezes, and sweet things not meant to last.
