The Day Trip Heirloom Squash Amaro is a deeply soulful, evocative spirit that captures the essence of liquid autumn in a bottle. Built upon a massive, rich base of rare, heirloom Sucrine du Berry winter squash and structured with heirloom purple and Bloody Butcher corn, the palate opens with a comforting, velvety warmth. Layers of vanilla, cacao, and chamomile are woven directly into the spirit's core, which is then brilliantly amplified by a complex fortification of aromatic botanicals; including rose, sumac, cinnamon, strawberry, and earthy tamarind.

A vibrant maceration of fresh local figs, citrusy etrogs, shiso, and a kick of chiles gives the mid-palate an exotic, sweet-and-savory complexity, grounded by the classic herbal bite of gentian.
