Production Process:

• Agave Source: The agaves are harvested from a single estate located at high elevations in Jalisco, approximately 7,500 feet above sea level.

  This altitude contributes to the complexity and sweetness of the agave.

• Harvesting: Agaves are collected after showing 'enrocimiento,' a reddish hue in their leaves indicating near-peak ripeness.

• Cooking: The agave hearts are roasted in clay brick ovens, a traditional method that enhances their natural sweetness.

• Distillation: Distilled using mineral-rich well water drawn from nearly 1,500 feet below the surface, contributing to the tequila's unique minerality.
