Crafted with native yeast fermentation and extended lees aging, this cuvée reveals the structure, mineral intensity, and age-worthy potential the appellation is known for.
Aromatically, it opens with notes of preserved lemon, quince, white tea, and crushed rock. The palate is firm and textural, with layers of ripe orchard fruit, saline minerality, and a faint whisper of beeswax. Taut acidity carries a long, resonant finish, hinting at the wine’s capacity to evolve beautifully in bottle. A serious, contemplative Chenin — equal parts muscle and finesse.
