Rather than the dense, powerful style often associated with Saperavi, this natural, unfiltered red is fresh, energetic, and unexpectedly delicate, pouring slightly hazy with bright cherry and red berry fruit, subtle herbal and earthy notes, and soft, fine tannins. The name “Ravi,” meaning delighted or joyful, captures the wine’s buoyant character and easy drinkability.
