Crafted by Lapati Wines in Kakheti, Georgia, the 2023 "Kidev Erti" Pet Nat Rosé is a wonderfully vibrant, limited-edition sparkling natural wine, with only 1,000 bottles produced. Made from an equal blend of 50% Jgia and 50% Buera grown on 40-year-old organic vines in limestone, clay, and sedimentary soils, the grapes are direct-pressed and fermented with ambient yeasts in traditional subterranean qvevri. Bottled during fermentation to capture natural, fine bubbles, it ages on its lees in the bottle and is released completely unfiltered, unfined, and with zero added sulfur. With a bone-dry finish, this ancestral-method sparkling rosé offers energetic notes of tart wild berries, crisp orchard fruit, and a yeasty, textured freshness that makes it a thrilling choice for natural wine lovers looking for something truly rare and celebratory.
