Two Frenchmen, Vinvent Jullien and Guillaume Gouerou, started Lapati after meeting at the Art Villa Garikula center in Tbilisi. Lapati is a pure Georgian-spirited project, lightly touched by their french roots.

This particular white is 100% Rkatsiteli fermented in Qveri with ambient yeast and features a bone-dry finish, crisp acidity, and a refreshing profile. Notes of lemon meringue pie, citrus and stone fruit add to its light fruitiness and high drinkability. Drink up!
