Unicorn is made from specially peated malted barley and aged in American oak and ex-bourbon barrels, this expression offers a smoky yet elegant character that balances sweet and savory elements with finesse. 

On the nose, gentle peat smoke and autumn leaves mingle with hints of orchard fruit and oak spice, while the palate reveals orange peel, honeyed notes, plum and subtle seaside air, culminating in a richly layered, lingering finish.
