Despite limited resources, Kamonishiki produces highly sought-after sake that rivals global bests. Their Junmai Daiginjo sake, unfiltered and delicately structured, offers lively fruit and floral notes, ending with a soft, definitive finish. Each bottle denotes batch number - production is limited, which makes each release so much more special.
