Jumbo Time "The Sauce" Red Blend 2025
A chillable red blend of Pinot Noir from Hawkeye Ranch, direct press Sauvignon Blanc and skin contact Pinot Gris from Heringer Vineyard in Clarksburg, and direct press, barrel fermented Pinot Gris from McFadden Farm. All were fermented by native yeast and aged in neutral oak barrels for seven months, before being bottled without fining or filtration.
