A bestseller! A whimsical orange wine blend of Alsatian varietals from organically farmed sites in Mendocino, Lake, and Monterey, and San Joaquin Counties. All are CCOF certified, or in the three year transition process of obtaining certification. Various lengths of maceration, between 7 and 21 days to the components of this blend, as well as aging in a combination of neutral oak barrels and stainless steel tanks.
