J. Lassalle “Cachet Or” Champagne Brut 1er Cru

Produced in the Premier Cru village of Rilly-la-Montagne, J. Lassalle is a historic, family-run domaine now led by the third generation of women winemakers. The estate’s deep limestone cellars, carved nearly two centuries ago, mirror the patience and tradition that define the wines.

“Cachet Or” is the house’s signature cuvée, blending equal parts Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay. Aged for a minimum of three years before disgorgement and hand-riddled in the cellar, the wine displays richness and finesse in equal measure. Fine bubbles carry aromas of lemon curd, ripe orchard fruit, and toasty brioche, underpinned by chalky minerality and a long, elegant finish.
