Carte Blanche is a living, breathing expression of legendary natural winemaker Gideon Beinstock’s intuitive, uncompromising vision in the Sierra Foothills. Farmed organically and guided gently from vineyard to bottle, the Sauvignon Blanc–Semillon blend is co-fermented with native yeast, foot-treaded, and given time on its skins to find its voice. The wine hums with energy; lemon pith, green pear, wild herbs, and rain-washed stone, carried by vibrant acidity and a faint, savory grip. At once raw and refined, it feels less made than discovered, a wine that lingers in both texture and memory.
