Folicello Il Bianco

Folicello is the brainchild of Antonella and Marco, who started the winery in the 80s. The estate is located in Castelfranco Emilia, near Modena, Emilia-Romagna region and it's certified organic. Antonella and Marco in the ’80s, when they began, it was almost fun, they intended to produce a wholesome glass of wine for themselves and for some friends of theirs. 

Folicello Il Bianco Ancestrale Sparkling White is slightly cloudy, slightly sparkling, and completely delicious. It has many subtle flavors and textures: chalky-wet stone minerality, light-zesty citrus, beautiful jasmine and sage, and a soft creaminess.
