• Enmore and Diamond Coffey Stills: Contribute to the rum's smoothness and subtle flavors.
• Port Mourant Double Wooden Pot Still: Adds depth and an earthy, slightly smoky character.
• Versailles Single Wooden Pot Still: Imparts additional complexity and richness.

These stills, some of which are historic wooden structures, play a crucial role in developing the rum's distinctive taste.

The rum is aged in ex-bourbon oak casks for a minimum of 15 years. This extended maturation period allows the spirit to develop a harmonious balance of flavors, with the wood imparting notes of vanilla, spice, and a hint of smokiness.
