Edgar Brutler Sefu White 1L

Edgar Brutler's Sefu White comes from Crisana in northwestern Romania. It is naturally made with short skin contact giving it texture, and combines orchard fruit and citrus with herbs and flowers - it is super easy going and effortless to sip. A pleasant blend of green apple, pear, lemon peel, white flowers, fresh herbs and stone fruit. A subtle earthy undertone and a faint tannic grip, but a bright acidity keeps everything juicy and refreshing! Serve slightly chilled with Mediterranean dishes.
