Edgar Brutler's Sefu Red is a red blend - the grapes are direct pressed and fermented in one 3000L stainless steel tank and six 500L oak barrels. It is bottled unfined and unfiltered! Succulent notes of dark cherry, black berry, plum and a touch of spice grace the palate with a subtle earthiness. It is the perfect accompaniment for a variety of dishes, served slightly chilled!
