Echeverria's "No Es Pituko" line are wild-fermented with no additives, including no added sulfites, and are bottled unfiltered. The wine has an intense, deep purple color with herbal aromas and ripe red fruit notes. This low-intervention natural wine has soft tannins and a medium body. It is fresh and fruity, with flavors of blueberry, plum, and blackcurrant.
