Delinquente "Roxanne the Razor"

A striking blend of Negroamaro and Nero d’Avola, Roxanne the Razor is a fresh yet brooding red from Australia’s sun-soaked Riverland. The nose is earthy and savory, offering notes of truffled mushroom, dried herbs, and espresso, while the palate reveals vibrant sour cherry and dark berry fruit. Though light in body and refreshingly low in alcohol, the wine shows impressive depth and structure, with fine tannins and a meaty, umami character that lingers.

Wild fermented in stainless steel, each variety was vinified separately and blended prior to bottling, preserving purity and expression. Chill it down to highlight its brightness, or serve slightly warmer to let the savory layers unfold.
