Perfectly aromatic and zippy, this wine oh so refreshing, Cortez is a passion project from natural wine importer Soil Expedition made from Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat grapes grown organically in Northern California (read: cooler climate = good ACIDITY!). With actual family photos from the winemaker on the label, we are endlessly charmed by this wine. Enjoy with salty potato chips by a body of water if possible. Cheers! xo
