Cueva Nueva Red Vermut is a beautifully balanced, old-school Spanish vermouth made in Tarragona by a bodega that’s been perfecting the craft for over 70 years. Based on white Garnacha and Airén from partner vineyards in DO Terra Alta and DO Montsant, it’s infused with an incredible blend of 88 botanicals that capture the wild essence of the Mediterranean; think wormwood, rosemary, orange peel, gentian root, cinnamon, and clove. Aged in French oak using the traditional Solera system, it marries richness and freshness with remarkable depth. This is classic Vermut de Reus with modern finesse.
