Cruse Wine Co. White Zinfandel Pet Nat

This cheeky Pet Nat is a bright, peachy, salmon, with a nose of cherry pie and strawberry jam. The bubbles are big and playful with a palate of blackberries, dried mango and lemon peel. 

A short maceration prior to pressing gives this wine a playful color. It was fermented in tank and put to bottle towards the end of fermentation to finish. Sparkling grape juice with no additives.
