Clos d'Audhuy Les Polissons Malbec

Clos d’Audhuy Les Polissons is a lively, fruit-forward 100% Malbec from Cahors. Made by Benoît Aymard from ~30-year-old vines on limestone and calcareous clay soils, it's vinified gently (short maceration, stainless steel, no oak) to preserve a bright, juicy profile. On the nose, expect blackberry, plum, and violet notes with a touch of spice, and on the palate, soft tannins and refreshing acidity give it an energetic, easygoing character. It’s meant to be enjoyed young - perfect with grilled meats or a charcuterie board.
