Swim Good is a shimmering daydream of a wine. Husband-and-wife duo Beno Stewart and Monica Varriale of Catch & Release Wines in Sonoma take a skillfully hands-off approach: starting with organically farmed Albariño from young vines in Borden Hills AVA, they direct-press the grapes, let them settle, and ferment naturally with native yeasts in stainless steel. It’s bottled unfiltered, undisgorged, and left to hang out for eight months while the bubbles do their thing naturally. What you get is a fizzy, feel-good bottle packed with tropical fruit, plus a toasty creaminess, all resulting in some really fun piña colada vibes. Chill it down, kick off your shoes and swim good.
