A pioneering organic and biodynamic estate in Spain’s Penedès, Castell d’Age has been led by three generations of women. ‘Miracle Orange’ is crafted from 100% Sauvignon Blanc in a zero-zero style (nothing added, nothing taken away), fermented on its skins to draw out color, texture, and flavor. Textural yet bright, this is a brilliant example of Spain’s emergent orange wine scene. Pair with Thai curries, sushi, or roasted root vegetables.
