Crafted according to a historic 1930 Quaglia family recipe, Bèrto Vermouth di Torino is a rich, traditional Italian vermouth built on a base of Arneis, Cortese, and Trebbiano, with a touch of Barbera d'Asti lending its vibrant ruby hue, bright acidity, and body. Its aromatic complexity comes from a slow, two-month infusion of botanicals including wormwood, sour orange, gentian, cardamom, vanilla, and warm baking spices; steeped in stainless steel before blending and aging. Balanced by 200 g/L of residual sugar, this lush, bittersweet vermouth offers a seamless harmony of bright citrus, soothing herbs, and deep spice, making it exceptional served over ice with a citrus twist or stirred into classic cocktails like a Negroni or Manhattan.
