Production Process

Almave Ámbar is produced using time-honored tequila-making techniques, with a key modification: the fermentation step is omitted, resulting in a non-alcoholic spirit. The process begins with the harvesting of mature Blue Weber Agave plants from the highlands of Los Altos, Jalisco. The agave piñas are cooked, crushed, and then distilled multiple times to concentrate and capture the complexity, delicate aromas, and flavors of authentic tequila.
