Alessandra Divella Clo Clo Is made from the gentle second press of hand-harvested pinot noir. It is a pale-salmon pink with persistent bubbles, bright citrus notes, hints of dried fruit and a touch of brioche. The palate is tart and clean with cranberry, saline minerality, and an acidic, savory finish. It is delicate, yet stealth and rich.
