Crafted at the White Oak Distillery in Hyogo, one of Japan’s oldest licensed whisky producers, Akashi White Oak reflects the region’s dedication to balance and precision. This whisky is distilled in small copper pot stills and aged in a mix of American oak, ex-bourbon, and sherry casks along the coastal Akashi Strait. The maritime climate lends a subtle salinity, softening the whisky’s profile and enhancing its smooth character.
