Folicello Lambrusco Pet-Nat 2024 is a vibrant expression of the Emilian winemaking heritage, produced by the family-run Folicello estate in Castelfranco Emilia. This sparkling red wine is crafted from 100% organic Lambrusco grapes grown on composite soils of clay, silt, and sand near Modena.

Strong notes of blackberry, dried thyme, and red carnation. The palate is bone-dry and crisp, featuring flavors of tart blueberry and black cherry balanced by earthy undertones and grippy tannins. The perfect accompaniment to herb-forward dishes, such as tradistional lasagna, seasoned Parmigiano-Reggiano, or spicy street tacos!
