Spends 6 months in mostly American new oak. Medium bodied, a nice soft tannic grip, and a deep berry/cherry note that extends into a lengthy finish. Serve room temperature or slightly cooler for maximum enjoyment!

Winemaker Francesco Cirelli strives to bring out as much as he can of the peculiarity of his region, the season’s harvest and even his own sentiments in the wine he produces. His belief is that the wine has to reflect its place of origin and its creator.
His wines speak of his passion for wine making and awareness to maintain and safeguard the precious environment that is his livelihood. This is why all of their wines are organic, made without using chemical substances that may be harmful to the environment therefore to our own health. Cirelli's wines reflect his native land and the people who produce it.
Cirelli Farms, located in the Abruzzo region, cultivates 22 hectares of IMC*-certified organic farmland surrounded by hills, vineyards, and olive groves. The landscape, 8 kilometers from the sea, is complemented by preserved national parks and woods. Committed to organic farming laws, Cirelli emphasizes nature's laws, incorporating crop rotation, nutrient cycling, and natural fertilization through animal grazing. Their production cycle includes wheat, barley, spelt, and alfalfa in the first year, followed by vegetable crops in the second year, and sunflowers in the third and fourth years. This sustainable approach produces high-quality wine, olive oil, fruits, vegetables, and meat.

O Tinto Perfeito means the Perfect Red Wine! It's so easy to drink and food friendly. A classic field blend Clarete from the Duoro, made of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, and about 15% Malvasia Fina.
