Alessandro Viola makes some of the most-after natural wines in the world! Truly special wines meant to be enjoyed with food, family and friends. The winery is a tiny estate in Alcamo, Sicily (located on the north coast of Sicily, just west of Palermo!) - they focus on indigenous varieties like Nero d’Avola, Grillo, Nerello Mascalese, Catarratto, and Syrah. Alessandro studied both viticulture and enology, and his family has a long history of winegrowing in the region. He makes the kinds of wines we want to drink. The charming Note di Bianco is made with 100% Grillo grapes - it’s fresh and pure, with notes of grapefruit, citrus and savory herbs! Serve chilled and pair with seafood, pasta, or grilled veggies. We love this light and interesting natural white wine from Catalonia, Spain! Celler Bellaserra makes delicious small batch wines! Made up of a team of 3 young friends: Marc MaIdonado, Jordi Campreciós and Frank Margenat. They have recreated the tradition of the old winery to create wines that express the true identity of Catalonia! All three work together in developing unique wines from the best Catalan vineyards. Superbloom Blanc is made of Sumoll Blanc, Picapoll Blanc & Malvasia Manresana. Serve chilled and pair with grilled prawns, fresh oysters, sushi, or a chopped chicken salad! Salud!

Garcia Perez is located in Manchuela DO, Spain - home of the original paella! This wine was created with food in mind. You can’t have one without the other! Garcia Perez is owned and operated by brothers Fernando and Pedro, with a little help from good friend Danilo Marcucci (legendary winemaker). Their vineyard is based in the Manchuela region of Murcia, Spain and is surrounded by thyme and rosemary! The wine is 100% Macabeo, grown on clay and on skins for thirteen days. Super aromatic and herbal on the nose and a long dry finish. Round and silky on the palate. Notes of honeydew melon, Concord grapes and hints of aniseed. Light and refreshing. Serve chilled and pair with grilled whole snapper, rice and roasted eggplant!
