The Azimut label, created by Assis Suriol of the Suriol family with a 400-year winemaking legacy, embodies a fresh approach to natural wine. Produced in the ancient Gabruac Castle cellars near Barcelona, these wines are made from local Catalan varietals. This white blend is made with Macabeu, Xarel-lo, Garnatxa, and Malvasia, and vinified in stainless steel and concrete tanks using indigenous yeasts. Azimut signifies Assis' commitment to sustainable agriculture and support for the local organic farming community, offering approachable, easy-drinking wines with a depth of experience in natural winemaking.

Gaspard, a house label from Jenny & François, presents a Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley, ideal for those who appreciate sustainable winemaking. The grapes are sustainably farmed from 10 to 60 year old vines, grown on clay and limestone soil. The wine is crafted through natural processes, including indigenous yeast fermentation and aging in tanks on fine lees for six months, followed by filtering but not fining. It boasts notes of freshly-cut grass, lemon verbena, and exotic fruit, making it a hit with Sauvignon Blanc enthusiasts. Enjoy it solo or with goat cheese, a classic Loire Valley pairing.

Les Vignerons d'Estezargues 'Domaine Les Genestas Signargues' Côtes du Rhone (shown below!)
Les Vignerons d’Estézargues, near Avignon, France, is a pioneering cooperative winery renowned for its quality and environmental respect. Established in 1965, it was one of the first French co-ops to embrace organic farming. Influenced by winemaker Jean-François Nicq in the 1980s, it shifted towards natural winemaking with minimal additives. Their well-balanced Rhone red, a bold blend of 40% Grenache, 35% Syrah, and 15% Carignan, is vinified naturally using wild yeasts, with minimal sulfites and no filtering or fining. The winery is known for expressing individual terroirs and maintains a strong community spirit, aiming for full organic certification.
