Roberto Henríquez is making a real splash in Chile with his small production natural wines. He's part of a small group of producers looking to change the culture of farming and wine producing. Along with 3 other producers he created la Asociación Gremial de Productores de Vinos Campesinos de Chile (Trade Union Association of Rural Winemakers of Chile), with the objective of working only with local grape varieties in a low-intervention manner. The Notro is perfectly balanced, citrus-y and tropical, with a hint of trademark Chilean smoke! Light and easy, but complex and layered. That's what makes Roberto's wines so special. Serve chilled and enjoy!
