1. Wonderwerk Lite Werk YUZU (shown below)

Wonderwerk's "Lite Werk Yuzu"  is a sparkling, easy-to-drink 7% ABV dry wine made from Riesling wine infused with heavenly fresh Yuzu peel. Luv Yuzu Lite is inspired by Wonderwerk co-founder Issamu Kamide’s Japanese-American heritage. A classic California Riesling profile of white flowers and pineapple marries beautifully with the herbaceous, floral citrus flavor of Yuzu for a wine that is bright and refreshing, with no residual sugar and the perfect sparkling level of carbonation.

3. Mirgin Cava Reserva (shown below!)

The Gran Reserva cavas are bottle-aged for at least 30 months, while the some “collection” cavas has an optimal aging period of over 10 years. All the grapes are organically farmed. This cava has fine bubbles with the most beautiful pale yellow + green hue. On the nose, you'll experience white fruit, delicate citrus and green almond. It's light, fresh and ready for a good time!

Alta Alella has a true love for organic cava! The winery has recovered vineyards over sixty years old and planted the traditional varieties Pansa Blanca and Mataró. It has achieved all this without forgoing its commitment to quality and uniqueness, as certified by the fact that one of its parcels of land has been honoured with the highest category of the cava sector: “Paraje Calificado”.

  • Producer: Alta Alella
  • Region:  Camí Baix de Tiana, Spain
  • Varieties: Pansa Blanca (Xarel·lo), Macabeu, Parellada
  • Alcohol: 12%

4. Glow Glow Fizzy White (shown below!):

Weingut Baumberger, founded in 1855 by Johann Baumberger in Mandel, Germany, is a family-run winery now stewarded by its fourth, fifth, and sixth generations. Spanning about 15 hectares, the estate is cultivated organically, producing wines that beautifully capture the elegance and purity of the Nahe region. In 2019, siblings Carl and Pauline Baumberger launched the "GLOW GLOW" line, embracing a natural winemaking philosophy with minimal intervention and spontaneous fermentation, resulting in vibrant and expressive wines.

Their 2023 Glow Glow Weiss is a joyful burst of flavor, radiating warmth and brightness. It's the kind of wine that feels like catching a sunny day after a week of rain. Thanks to a year of unpredictable weather—drought followed by a much-needed deluge—the grapes came alive with vibrant energy and full, concentrated flavors. Each variety plays its part: Müller-Thurgau lends structure, Bacchus brings delicate floral notes, and Scheurebe adds a punch of expressive fruit. With a gentle maceration for just a few hours, this vintage offers a balanced touch of texture and complexity. The result? A wine that’s juicy, refreshing, and irresistibly easy to sip—pure bottled sunshine with a little extra maturity and finesse.
  • Producer: Glow Glow
  • Region: Nahe, Germany
  • Varietals: Scheurebe, Müller-Thurgau, Bacchus
