Les Equilibristes is the project of winemakers Francois de Monval and Florent Girou. Their central focus is to seek wines that possess “Equilibre", or balance. de Monval and Girou practice minimal intervention winemaking with little to no added sulphur, resulting in this 2018 Picpoul de Pinet that offers an energetic palate with impressive texture and bright citrusy notes that make it a perfect sipper for pairing with fresh seafood and salads.
