Avignonesi Toscana Rosso DA-DI Amphorae

“Da-Di” derives from the Mandarin word for "earth," evoked to emphasize the wine’s deep-rooted connection to the land. This name reflects not only Avignonesi’s respect for nature, but also a philosophical alignment with grounded, transparent winemaking. The wine is aged in traditional Tuscan clay amphorae - earthen vessels that allow the fruit to breathe and evolve without the interference of oak, letting the purity of the grapes and the terroir fully speak their minds.

The 2022 Da-Di Toscana Rosso is a lively, organically farmed blend of native Tuscan grapes. Fermented with native yeasts and handled minimally in the cellar, it’s bright and pure, with notes of sour cherry, wild herbs, red flowers, and a stony backbone. Fresh and expressive, Da-Di is a thoughtful tribute to both the heritage of Tuscan winemaking and the elemental nature of the earth itself.
