NETA Ensamble is a field blend of agaves Madrecuixe, Bicuixe, and Espadín created by Producer Manuel Aquino García in Logoche Village, Miahuatlán, Oaxaca. Manuel uses both cultivated and wild agave. This ensamble is a phenominal representation of a modern classic ensamble, reflecting the long-standing tradition of the culture, the people and the land of Miahuatlán. Ensamble is always a great way to taste all the best flavors of a region's (and producer's) best agave. Naturally sweet and pure from sip to sip.
