Naturale Vermouth Rosso

Naturale is a special vermouth project between two friends Giusto Occhipinti of winery COS in Sicily and Simone Sabaini, founder of the artisanal chocolate Sabadi, also in Sicily. This sweet vermouth is sippable but also an outstanding player in cocktails (negroni, anyone?). Enjoy as an aperitivo to pre-party before a meal!

The grape used is Nero d'Avola, fermented with a spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts. Check out Giusto's natural COS wines - they are the best!
