Miyakobijin Shuzo 'Yoigokochi Yuzu' Sake
Miyakobijin Shuzo 'Yoigokochi Yuzu' Sake
This is citrus sake turned all the way up. Yoigokochi Yuzu is made by Miyakobijin Shuzo in Hyogo, but the star ingredient is the fresh, aromatic yuzu straight from Tokushima, Japan. The base is a smooth yamahai slow-brew junmai sake, infused with freshly pressed yuzu juice (no concentrates, no funny stuff), resulting in a vibrant, tart, and slightly sweet citrus bomb.
Zippy and refreshing, with just enough tang to wake up your palate, this is the bottle to pull out for golden hour backyard hangs, or spontaneous beach picnics. Pour it over ice, mix it with soda, or utilize it as a cocktail ingredient because there are no rules.
Bright, juicy, and irresistibly crushable. Like a Japanese lemon drop for grown-ups. A perfect bottle for an LA summer.
