Kolfok Querschnitt Rosé

Pinot Noir vines grown organically with natural winemaking. No fining or filtering. Very slow fermentation and 16 months in 500 Liter barrels created a relentlessly dry, minerally, herbal and fine rosé with seductive notes of fire, stone and mineral dust. Querschnitt means cross section.

Kolfok means unconventional thinker. The result is the most interesting rose you will ever taste! Organically farmed.
