What do you get when you co-ferment Carignan and Apples ? Well, you get a light body red that is full of flavor, tart Cherry’s with some light tannins  to finish this foot treated carignan that was direct press with Dutton Ranch apple juice and left together for a week and then pressed. After press the  juice was left  in neutral French oak barrels for a year.
