This sparkling red wine is produced using the traditional "méthode ancestrale," where fermentation begins in tanks and concludes in the bottle without added sulfites, resulting in a natural effervescence. The wine exhibits a vibrant red hue and offers a bouquet of wildflowers, raspberry, and strawberry, leading to a harmonious blend of berry flavors, subtle acidity, and a lingering raspberry finish.
