Sourced from 60-year-old vines in the rugged, limestone-rich soils of Corbières, this biodynamic Carignan is a pure expression of place. Fermented with native yeasts and aged for a year in neutral French oak, it remains unfiltered and unfined, preserving its full character.

The wine is deep and expressive, with dark berry fruit, wild herbs, and a touch of earthiness. Silky tannins and bright acidity keep it fresh and balanced, making it a versatile pairing for grilled meats, roasted vegetables, or hearty stews. With no added SO2, it’s a beautifully unadulterated take on one of Languedoc’s signature grapes. Serve slightly chill.
