Distilleria Dell'Alpe Rosen Bitter Rosa Alpina (1L)

To create Rosen Bitter, a selection of mountain herbs and berries from the Cansiglio forest in the Italian Alps undergo a complex process of singular infusions and distillations. Each of these unique processes last for a minimum of 20 days before being blended together to achieve the final product. Before bottling the blend rests for another 20 days in which the individual elements harmonize and the hallmark and pleasing bitter notes are achieved. With its intense yet balance and aromatic profile, Rosen Bitter is a perfect base for many of the most popular cocktails.
