Distilleria Dell'Alpe Liquore Kapriol

In 1948, Ferruccio de Bernard created Kapriol Liqueur, a unique Distillato del Bosco (distillate of the forest) from Bastia D'Alpago, a small village in the Cansiglio forest of the Italian Alps. To this day, the recipe still features juniper better and aromatic mountains herbs from the forest area, which undergo a slow and controlled distillation process. The resulting spirit is distinctive with a pronounced fresh flavor and can be served neat, chilled or on ice. It can also be used to create unique flavor profiles as an ingredient in cocktails.
