Borgo Savaian “Aransat” Orange Wine
Borgo Savaian “Aransat” Orange Wine
Aransat is a light-to-medium skin contact wine with notes of ripe fruit, apricot, vanilla, and a savory finish!
Borgo Savaian, a three-generation winery rooted in Cormòns, pays homage to its rich legacy. Bruno, an expert in Cormonese gravels, laid the foundation, later innovated by Mario and Marinella in the '70s. Today, Stefano and Rosanna continue the family tradition, blending heritage with innovation. Their 18-hectare vineyard by Monte Quarin benefits from Collio 'ponca' soil and Friulian plain gravels, yielding exceptional wines. They prioritize vineyard care using traditional and Guyot systems, ensuring quality from the start. Meticulous techniques like dry and green pruning, along with gentle harvesting, result in wines that embody their remarkable legacy and Cormòns' enchanting terroir.
