Rhine Hall Spirits
Rhine Hall focuses on fruit brandies, a European-style brandy otherwise known as eau de vie or schnapps. Their process starts with thousands of pounds of fresh fruit sourced from local farms, which is chopped, fermented, distilled, and bottled in-house. No flavorings, sweeteners, or neutral spirits are added to any of their products — each bottle contains roughly 25lbs of fruit and that’s it. This creates a spirit that is not sweet, but embodies the essence of the fruit in both taste and aroma.
Rhine Hall Apple Brandy
Created using up to 8 varietals of apples from local farms in Southwest Michigan in each batch of their Apple Brandy. A mix of sweet, bittersweet, and tart apples gives a consistent and balanced product that is a true expression of apple.
Cocktails: Old Fashioned, Jack Rose, French 75, Manhattan

Rhine Hall Pear Brandy
Created using Bartlett pears from local farms in Michigan for our Pear Brandy, which are most comparable to Williams pears in Germany. This variety creates a silky, aromatic product with a very juicy, ripe finish.
Cocktails: Margarita, Martini, Pear Sour, Bee's Knees
